So not to sound like a scrub noob but I kinda am. I see lots of skill point builds where people are using more than 91 skill points. It doesn't let me "Apply" them past 91 why is this?

You can unlock more then 91 nods, but can only use a max of 91 nods at one time. And it cost 400 xp to reopen an unlock nod. Hope this helps
