I look for the "back" button. I only get on someones profile when im on my phone and it decide that i clicked the name rather than the post.

Haha I've never once clicked on someone's profile, on purpose or by accident. Unless the hover which pops up a small window of the profile counts as a visit.

I feel the player profile will definitely be better served if others could see other stuff like their mech gallery and if they are currently in-game..

i never read other people's profiles. every now and again if somone had a good game il look up their stats to see if they were just luckey or if they actually can play like that consistently, but ive only done that a couple times on players who had absurdly high scores.

Well if I visit someones profile it's either because I miss clicked 99 % of the time.

That odd 1% is usually because they're pink, or sent me a crappy PM and I just check up post history, to see how big a douche they are in general.

I do it to check a person's age, sex and location. It says here you are 42? Mm, that's a little old for my tastes.

Haha thanks, no I have never clicked on anyone's profile, I mean what for and why give 1 star? Seems kinda juvenile to give anyone a star or take it away. I generally find the whole idea of likes and thumbs up/down in places like FB and YouTube asinine.

Sometimes, when I try to click on a link to view the latest reply in a thread, the phone finishes loading and jerks the image so I end up hitting a name instead, so those are accidental views.

But when I do view, it's usually to see the "join" date, which isn't always accurate mind you.

Not often but I'd check to see if the pilot has any experience in a weight class. You shouldn't believe some one when they try and tell you how they think you should pilot mech class x when they them self have never piloted that mech class or are very bad at using that mech class.

Using myself for example it is uncommon to find me posting how to pilot an assault. I may be founder but atlas and other assault class mechs are my worse mechs to the point I only use them for joke or fun builds doing sub par damage that an actual pilot who has taken the time to master would just lol and hang their head in shame at being forced to see how bad I am with that class of mech...light and heavies I do a lot better hence my cptl signature.

I didn't know about the hover thing so it was to check join date if its a person I don't recognize, but usually only to send a message about something.
