... I hope you guys would be actually TESTING instead of just PLAYING. Alpha testing is a vastly different beast than beta, and commercial Beta testing for anything other than server stress now is kind of a joke.

Where do I put my money for this? I don't generally buy things on FTP games, but seriously, I'd pay a sub without blinking here!

I'd like to test too! And by test I mean test, and play... as Squaresphere said, testing is very different, and is often more WORK than fun. You are expected to look for problems, and write reports on things. They haven't said they will be doing anything public... But I hope so!

I'd be up for being in the beta. I first played MechWarrior 2 ten years ago when it came for free with our Windows 95, and it's one of my favorite games ever.
