[Koniving]

Step 1. Open the friends list. (If you don't have a friend on it, add them first.)


Step 2. Create a group.


Step 3. Select a friend. Invite to group.


Step 4... Wait for player to show, when he or she does then each player then clicks "Not ready" which turns to "Ready." (You can close the window without leaving the group to select a new mech, but reopen the friends list to get the group window open again)
Step 5. Hit the now brightly highlighted "Group Launch" button. (Only the person that started the group can do this.)

Step 6.. Pray.

Managed to get someone from my list to accept a group invite. After he readied up, we launched. Got a match in.... That was 16 Mississippis. One assault and one medium.

Had an experience just now, where the other person can't see themselves to ready and jump into a match.
