Agreed. Frankly, I'm not sure why the haters stay at all, either than they like to spread misery. And by haters, I don't mean the impassioned folks who actually like this game and merely want to see it better.

I get salty, sure. At the core though the reason is I enjoy the game.

They got basic combat right...but then didn't do anything with it.
If I had been told in 2011 that the game was just going to be 15 minute matches with mixed factions I wouldn't have bothered playing. I only play now when I need a break from other games...and the breaks get longer each time. Last was for over a year.
