Campaigns:
InnerShere side stories (kind of like MSGSS and that 400 days DLC on Telltale's walking dead)
Where where you play as random characters caught in the succession war
and it tells you their stories? (how they died or succeeded, War In the I.S isn't kind...even to the best mechwarriors)
Fall of the Star League.
You play as a soldier for Aleksandr Kerensky and fight against the evil demonic forces of the cliche looking Stefan Amaris that caused the downfall of a once technologically advanced and powerful faction.
Operation Klondike
Not much i know about this but it's interesting.
Clans
Are some Vat Born Clanner fighting for your clan to gain "Honor" and you fight some batchalls
and solve things through trials
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MechPacks:
these are just conceptual Ideas not intended to be real
How did you get these Lostech Mechs Mechpack
Von Rhors
Alfar
Hector
Scout Mech Pack
Clint
Charger
FireFly
Mercury
Filler Battlemech Pack
Wyvern
Thug
Thorn
Guillotine
Filler 2
StarSlayer
Lancelot
Crockett
Spector
Primitive Battlmech Pack
Helepolis
Mackie
Firebee
Gladiator
Primitive Battlemechs 2
Crossbow
Bellerophon
Kyudo
Phoenix
Beware this man, he steals the souls from babies while you sleep.

but seriously Cathy, once MW5 gets released you can expect a huge drop in MWO players
and I don't think MWO will get ported to a new engine but rather recreated with more improvements.

Uhm these mechs wouldnt be used in MWO unless people really wanted them, so there's no hope for these mechs unless MW5 comes out.
PGI is suprisingly good at Cinematics but not the best when it comes to game play or ultra detail...they are a small company...
With modsupport being added on Steam i'm sure there's going to be a lot of stuff added graphically, that's only if MW5 is successful.

I don't like the idea of mech packs in MW5. Perhaps cosmetic items. But we've already got enough of that MWO. It'd be double dipping imo. As part of an expansion that bumped the timeline would be logical and reasonable.

I don't think we have enough for 3025 and i'm positive i'm going to see the same mechs over and over again
why not spice it up with those Filler/Scout mechs that barely any players will even use in MWO.
It would be nice to have 6-10 new mechs added to MW5 in secrecy while we play MWO, and i do like that idea of playing my own character but at the same time, don't you want to play as someone else in MW5 and it's basically like living in their shoes and making choices for them perhaps?

I want my Flea in MW5, same for the people wanting their Valkyries, Wasps. If it such a hurdle including them in MWO, at least let modders add "homeless" mechs.

There were some really good moddelers that did a really good job on Alex's work, the only issue is is somehow getting Alex to make more Concept art, I know for sure people will try to replace the models with TT versions because some of us actually like TT's more than alex's MWO art.
If i could find Selectivecape12 i think he/she might help us because their TT MWO versions just look nice

I really doubt PGI will close MWO and make MWO2. It has no sense at all. Do you think the people that have spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars in this game are going to pay again for THE SAME stuff with a new pain coat?
No, there is a reason why MMOs don't have sequels (well, maybe there is some, but rarely). WoW is still alive and kicking after, what? 15 years?. This is not a seasonal Call of Duty or Battlefield. These games are built through the years, and they close when they are no longer profitable. And that is what will happen with MWO. While PGI makes money and has the license, it will go on.

Forgive me for being vague, i tend to do so alot and often forget to elaborate.
when i meant recreated i mean all maps/assets/systems will have been adjusted/modified to an extent to better work with the engine it was moved on in order to add/fix things we couldnt have. I wonder exactly how easy it will be for PGI to re-add all stats.

Sorry hot stuff but we aren't getting Quads, we will have to add them ourselves because PGI just doesnt want to...we should form a Mod Community.

Well we do have another year to go. But you do have a point. Especially if they're going to be regionally divided. Unless they plan on doubling up mech releases. Especially on the IS side since Clan's wont feature into MW5.
Even so I would rather not have mechs pay walled as DLC.

Already on the drawing board. If we can get a mod team going the sooner we can get this dream project into reality (going to need custom model/textures/rigging/effects/animation/hell we can even do IK if we wanted/sounds/etc.). As one person it might take awhile, even only just for the Scorpion.
As far as mech pack DLCs go (since i see this mentioned in the thread), the modders will be the mech packs... and they'll be free. PGI gave the green light essentially when they could've said no and put it behind a paywall.

48 is too thin for my tastes, we must have 75 Mechs Russ Bullock explains. “We’re looking at having upwards of 60 chassis with 300 to 400 variants.
