Is there a reward for mastering all 239 skill nodes (217 if you don't have JJ+ECM)?

If not what are the odds of getting one, nothing drastic, I'm thinking maybe a skin unlock, 5% Cbill or XP bonus, or even a new icon next to your mech in the garage would surfice?

I'd even be happy with a "Welcome back MechWarrior." amendment to Bettys startup dialogue.
