The Advent Day 14 Event Mission, errrr, wheres the reward ? its not in owned decal's anywhere , its not in ALL Decals under E ???

There is a minimal chance, and be not offended, that you mixed up decal and cockpit item.

I got an actual error code when I redeemed one of my advent prizes. I didn't bother figuring out what I may not have received. But anyway, I can attest to these redeem-errors being legitimate.

Of course not, why would they do something that might resolve the problem when they can whine on the forums instead?

have you ever emailed support? They didnt even know that we were promised on the forums to get the rewards for the clan v clan IS v IS battles that got removed, they are much more oblivious and a lot less likely to be helpful than the Gentlemen who play this game.

If you thought my origional post was whining, not requesting help, I think you need help in understanding communication in the English Language.

This has not been my experience with support, at all. They're fast to respond, and can be generally trusted to sort out 'account issues' the same day you bring them up.

This isn't a game breaking bug or something that requires a patch - It's a simple injection issue. If you are indeed missing it, and should have gotten it, they can certainly sort that out for you.

Whenever I've ever contacted support, I've had to wait several days (or weeks) only to be usually told "sorry we can't help you" in some passive aggressive tone. I like PGI in general, but I don't think their support is particularly great compared to other MMOs I've played.

If you thought posting on the discussion forum was more likely to resolve your problem than customer support is than you might need to lay off the sauce.

Have you any decals?

To view decals you need to go to the decal tab. Change the selection of decals from ALL to OWNED, it is the dot above the decal button. Then you need to change the drop down menu from NEW to ALL.


I hope that was all the issue was.
