OK, so it's first time when I play Mech Warrior and is very difficult.I find it difficult to aim due to fact that when I try to fire on the move and press "D" or "A" to turn my legs in a way my camera also goes that direction.
I want my camera to stay on target and me to move in a direction. Can I do that?I tried all sort of settings.

No, sorry, the 3rd persion drone view is not supposed to give you any benefit over in cockpit, in fact there are a lot of benefits given by being in cockpit over what the drone does.
all the drone is for is to assist realy new (as in first few matches) new players by allowing them to see the effects of twisting the torso (aiming with the mouse).
get some practice and pretty quickly you will learn to twist your torso to compensate for moving the legs without having to think about it (or at least I did, and I have a neuroligical disability which is supposed to adversly affect my concentration and coordination)
you will need to learn how to aim the torso seporately from the legs, if you move the torso the drone should follow.
also bear in mind using the drone puts a flashing red light above your Mech making it much easier for the enemy to find you.
I strongly recomend playing in cockpit, if you spectate after you die how often do you see anyone using the drone view? you will see it is very rare, there must be a good reason why no-one seriously uses it, after the opening minute of the match (I suspect people turn it on to get a look at their Mechs new paint job then go back in cockpit for the match)

You can. That is the entire point of being able to torso twist. What you do is Aim where you want to Look and Move your legs in the Direction you want. For many mechs you can do this regardless of how fast you turn, provided you have enough room for your mouse without having to lift and place it too frequently.
Other shortcuts include F to get the legs to move where you are facing. And C to get your facing to match your legs.
Be aware that some mechs (specifically the Urbanmech) have no limit to torso twist and as such, can be a bit confusing with infinite twistability.
As for a button that lets you do it automatically, no there isn't. It is a player driven skill to be able to move one way and look another way. An ancient one that's as old as computers and twin-stick gaming consoles (and the N64 which wasn't twin stick, but still possible to do in its first person games).
