Did your OS also receive the Creator update for WIndows 10? Check your systems sound settings as it may have remapped the recording device. Or if you have separate software for your headset check for updates on it or reinstall.
You have have done all of the above, it simply was not noted. If you did check it and made the changes, you would have to shut MWO down completely then back in for it to take. Then also check the in-game Audio settings.
