Godzilla came out before battletech ie pop culture, therefore it must be included in the lore by default... . Go Go Gauzilla.

All kinds of spikes, swords, axes, shields, raceing stripes, sponsorship decals, chains, skulls, stuff that spawns flames, helmets, claws...basicly everything that you can imagne to make look like medival knights, riot police, steampunk, 40k orcs, roman glatiators .... stuff like that.

The other side would be more practical stuff like extra armor. Not actualy givening you more armor, just visual. Like with the Thunderbold and Dragon. Camo nets, maybe even Trees tagged to the mech.
Fake weapon ports would also be cool. Makeing your mech look like it either has bigger guns or just more. Maybe even fake weapons in the sense that they actualy shoot a laser but its more like a laserpointer, doing no damage. Just the visuals.

Also flashy lights, like with the K9 sirens on top. Neon or flurecens colors that glow in the dark, best to be used with eye decals or lava flows.

Pumpkin/Jackolantern HEAD decoration that could go on Atlas, possibly also on a few other mechs such as the Rifleman II, over the "radar disc". As a bolt on, it immediately gets shredded, but is amusing decoration until combat flares up.

It always seemed counter to the spirit to the entire concept of Solaris to be silently alone in the arena. PGI allowing a 3rd party sanctioned streaming like Twitch, YouTube or anything possible...........................................................................................Setting up contests of elite vs average pug David Vs Goliath, or massive champions clashing. Basic scrubs like me working the Solaris building rank and a following....................................................That is what was missing. The interaction of viewers rooting, betting C-Bills on the outcome. Being invested in the outcome and the stories of the players, the investiture of community with all the bragging rights to take or deny!

My ultimate thought was the limiting aspect of what could be streamed. The lower lots of players working their way to more public streams, being promoted by PGI eventually to official tournament bouts with bonus payouts along with the celebrity of being recognized. Stables not units.
