+1% Crit Chance On Critsmas?

We need all weapons to either gain (if they couldn't before) or have a 1% higher critical hit chance (if they could already) on critsmas eve.

How about an urbanmech UM-R60 with 4 machine guns (light, medium, or heavy), some other appropriate energy weapons, etc...
