I just purchased the Clan Heroes Shadow Cat and Ebon Jaguar for $15 and $20 respectively. These mechs have been released for some time, so I expected to see them in my account right away, but they aren't there. I've logged in and out a few times, and I have two empty mech bays waiting. What's going on?

Mechs come with own bays, no empty bays needed. Uploads could be from hours to a day.

Just logged in this morning; my mechs are still not there. I'm beginning to get aggravated now. It's been over 12 hours since I made the purchase. That is more than enough time for an account injection.

maybe you purchased gift packages by accident? Check your emails if you got a redeem code.

Did you buy them as gifts, or directly from the store? If as gifts, did you use the codes after purchase?

Crazy question: Did you purchase the mechs, or did you purchase gift codes for the mechs? If you purchased gift codes than you should have been emailed redeemable codes (that you use at the redeem link at the top of the page). If you're not sure, check the email account associated with your MWO account (remember to check your filtered emails, too; filtering systems sometimes mistake them for spam).

Thanks for pointing that out. Yes, I did receive two redeem codes, which I have redeemed. I honestly had no idea that I would have to redeem the codes rather than wait for an injection. That being said, after redeeming the codes, I'm waiting for the injection. Maybe I have to wait until the top of the hour.

Because you bought Gift Codes, designed for you to give to someone else, instead of actually straight up buying the packs/mechs for yourself. One allows you to give the item in question to someone else, the other is strictly for personal usage.
