Ugh, the Nightstar. Such a tragedy. The fixes are so obvious and straight-forward, but they will also never happen.

Organized Clan units are spamming MCII-B right now. That's telling.

So how do you guys build your MCII-B?

I'm still using the XL360 engine that comes with the 'Mech but planning to downgrade it to XL340 once I have the money to buy the engine: Quick Play MCII-B

Something like that. In FP you don't need to equip JJ on it.

I actually have 2 builds for it, both include a pair of HML as backups. First build I made was 4x UAC5, which did OK. Now I'm using 2x UAC20, and finding it to be superior in overall combat ability.

I'm actually running a 4 UAC10 build on it at the moment. It's pretty fun (plays pretty similarly to my dual UAC20 dual HML Deathstrike, actually) but it's reasonably hot, unplayably so if you don't alternate arms.
