Faction Play-Scouting Not Counting?

Not sure why, but so far, I have not gotten any loot bags from scouting in Faction play.
Invasion, I do.

Am I correct that scouting in faction play is not counting towards the loot bags?

Scouting only counts if you get 250 match score, not 150 like in quick play.

Scouting definitely count's, just need 250 match score.
