Getting 250 in scouting is possible but it is much higher than 150 in QP with only 4 v 4 instead of 12 v 12.
Can you please lower this so those of us that don't want to do 30 minute drops all day can get our faction play done without a horrendous grind?
Thanks!

That being said, it really should be dropped. 250 is still fairly high for small groups and solo players, especially during events where there's a lot of units running around, clubbing the absolute **** out of all the people who never touch FP, hate it, and just want some loot bags and a mechbay.

I'm not taking the bait. None of those gundams are worth the pain, especially not because they're just purely standard variants.

How about they make it 150 like quick play and have Scout matches count?
Just because you need seals to club doesn't mean we all should be forced to be seals.

quickplay should be 200 too
150 is too easy, it doesnt encourage people to try hard enough

Agree. Or people just boat LRMs for dmg to skyrocket their match score.
250 is pretty hard for most of my unit members in FP.
150 QP = too easy
250 CW = too hard
switch them around and it will be fine.

On the other hand maybe I'll be able to get some FP drops in instead of sitting in queue till I give up.

Two of the reasons why FP should have been scrapped in its entirety and replaced with something else years ago. Fixing this busted crap pile only makes it worse.

Most people don't brake 250. In fact, I think its actually statistically impossible for more than 4 people to break 250, unless every single mech goes down to 20% before dying. And statistically unlikely for more than 2 people to do it per match.

Absolutely! Remember we're talking match score, not damage score. When my scout-team consists of 4 good players, we sometimes kill the enemy so quickly and efficiently that only one of us has a match score above 250.
I've been in more than a couple scout matches where no one, on either side, got a 250 !!

Also, what's with people always mad about FP events "forcing" you to play a mode you don't like? They're just giving rewards to those players who play FP, if you don't like the mode then just stay out of it instead of whining about not getting stuff you aren't working to get. The FP guys aren't complaining whenever there are the more common quickplay only events out that they get nothing from while playing invasion.

One of the problems is that, for small groups/solo players, Invasion can actually be harder to get 250 in than Scouting. It's so easy for big groups to completely shut down an opposing team.
Of course, the obvious answer is 'Git gud and get in a group.' That wonderful little statement that ensures FP is empty most of the time.

Sounds questionable to me.

I'm incredibly out of touch with the community here. I honestly don't find it hard to get high scores in FP even solo. On wins I'll often survive with only a single mech lost and like seeing if I can keep my first drop Hellbringer in a 100% combat effective state the whole time while still racking up top damage.
I just wish that PGI would give a bag for every 250 points you get, not just once per match that gets 250 points. When I go and get 1000 matchscore I kinda wish I'd get 4 bags for that instead of just one.
If I haven't made at least 750 damage with my first drop then it feels like a failure, yet some people don't manage 750 with all their mechs combined. The player skill difference is interesting to see.

Does the average potato really need encouragement to put on their highest damage built mech (LRMs or Streaks) and spray and pray all over the enemy getting decent match scores but doing very little overall?

They'll do it anyway.
