Had 3 client crashes in the last two days, so i dutifully click the send a crash report button only to discover the crash reports are generated but as there is no email address to send them selves too they just delete themselves again . . .

Yep, same here. Three or four crashes in 24 hours - never had the issue before. No email address for the reports to be sent to...

If you are having an issue with connection, you can always E-mail support yourself. Click the Support tab on the top of these forums. Select the E-mail address you think most fitting. Send an E-mail yourself explaining your issue with any error codes you've noticed.
Beyond that, I am not familiar with your issue to be of much more assistance.
