Dc In Faction Play: How To Return?

Just got disconnected from a faction play game? I can't for the life of me figure out how to reconnect to it... I've seen others come back so you must be able to... help please!

Click one of the mechs in your drop deck and then press play. It should bring up a list showing the games your mechs are in. Select the game you DC'd from and press rejoin.

Or, hit "Quick Play" (which is completely counter intuitive) and you will see a drop down that contains the match you were in.
Highlight that match, then hit "rejoin".
Do it within 2 minutes or, after you've reconnected and finished the match, you'll find you are denied any rewards.

Sometimes thats bugged though, and the link to drop vanishes. I've not found a way back after that (selecting dropped mech doesnt do it).
