I think they should be differently colored to make it easier to identify what you are firing, wihtout looking at control console and or what is being fired at you.

Heavy Large Lasers should be a nice purple like this.







It fits well with the lore because in all the Mech Assault Games, takes place in the MechWarrior / Battletech universe, all the biggest and baddest lasers were purple!

I miss the heaviest lasers being purple, it looks beautiful and everyone will know, if you change the colors, someone has a big bad heavy large laser on the field when they see them purple beams of pure death ziping burning through their buddies next to them.

Medium Heavy Lasers should ether be a terqwaz laser beam like this


Or make it Green but with a blueish core instead of white like in most lasers.

Lastly the Small Heavy Laser should be red with a blackish red core, or just black, OR it should be like an insanly intense red, like you are shooting lava hot melting metal bars of lasers.

not only hearv larges, but hevies at all. They do not have to have a completely different colour, just a different hue would be sufficient.
