They just have to take the Mad Cat II's arms and legs and just design a new torso with a mounted turret. I really hope they add it someday, it is my favourite design

The Vulture Mk II is nothing more than a cosmetic alternative to the Vulture, as its built in the Inner Sphere with different factory tools.
The Mk III and Mk IV do not exist yet in the timeline.

But first, we would need;
Thor II - Fixes some "flaws" of the chassis, by adding Endo & removing the JJs.
Loki Mk II - Slower, but more tonnage to work with instead.
Hades - What if the HBR had Endo & Ferro? MFUK wanted to know, too. Technically non-canon, but so are half* the variants in MWO.
Timeline? IDGAFF

*probably not actually half

You're thinking of MekTek's Vulture Mk. II, which I'm pretty sure the OP isn't referring to (and it's not canon).
I'd personally like either the Mk. 3 or Mk. 4 since they both massively improve upon the original Vulture (and the Clams could really use a good 60-tonner right now) but they're not in the timeline yet (even though the Mk. 3 mostly uses technology that we already have).

Also, Uziel.
And Stormcrow.
And Cougar. On a second thought, no. 81 kph is not enough.

Please yes. The Black Lanner made me so very sad, because the Hellhound was hands-down my favorite MW4 mech, and they are clearly on a MW4 kick.
Like, it's probably not a GOOD mech, but I will drop 70 bucks on it without a thought because muh nostalgia. Being 50 tons means it'll be a new option for Scouting, and the more options available for it, the happier I'll be.
