Does anyone from PGI even read this stuff?

Anyway, here is what I want to see added for 2018...

1) A DISPLAY OF THE RESULTS OF YOUR PREVIOUS MATCHES
Even if its just the last ten or so.
Even if I have to go the website to see it
I just want to see how I did without having to stick around for the end of the game.

2) ARM LOCK CHANGED TO AN IN GAME TOGGLE INSTEAD OF A SETTING
OK... I'm probably the only one interested in this but there are times I would like to
toggle this on and off... Just a personal thing I guess.

3) BRING IN THE *PENETRATOR* HEAVY MECH

Whats not to like about an IS heavy with jump jets, 2ER large and 6 med pulse?
Thats not even taking into account that it just looks cool!
Want my money? Then make this Mech!

4) MAPS AND MODES
New Maps!
Drop Incursion or at least rework it so its not so stupid.
Fix the AI in Escort so it doesn't head straight for the enemy team!
Maybe put in some way to guide it in a general direction.

1. Yes this absolutely needs to be in the game.
2. There is a setting that lets you change it to a toggle by default holding left shift unlocks your arms you can change it to toggle instead.
3. Sure more mechs more better not my cup of tea though.
4. Absolutely, more maps and a better VIP mode in general would be nice.

My wish list is:
To have all the Atlas' get the same armor bonuses.
Increase the percentage all assaults get from torso speed, structure, and armor hardening nodes.
Add PPC heat quirks to the stalker.
upgrade the game engine to Unreal.

Seeing how you performed in the last couple games would be nice. Toggle arm lock is already a thing, though.

As far as everything else, meh. The mech doesn't really seem to do anything the IS can't do already, and both Incursion and Escort end up getting played as Skirmish 90% of the time anyway.

I agree on past match results. The more I play MWO's competition, the more the lack of this feature bothers me.

Beyond that, bringing new maps is what'd most likely keep me playing MWO in 2018.

My only wish is that they stop breaking things that aren't broken and instead start balancing by playing the game to a greater degree. I just want some predictability and maybe a reason to get excited about the game again. As long as they keep doing things like they have been since skills tree (breaking something new every month) I just don't have any motivation to care about new mechs or new anything (they are just going to break them in a couple months so why bother?).

1. This is a feature so obvious that if it was going to be in the game, it would already be here. I'd love it, but don't hold your breath.

2. That's already a thing.

3. I like the Penetrator, but it exists in a highly contended space - Energy heavies. We already have a ton of them.

I am hoping for X-Pulse lasers to be added and possibly a way to encourage people to take more mixed load outs instead of boats.

Now you either boat LRMs, Energy, or Ballistic with the occasional mix of Energy-Ballistic. I'd love to see more all around mechs like in stock builds. Mechs with LRMs, Ballistics and Energy weapons. Though it might be to complex an issue to get people to participate.

The Powers that Be seem to be Clam Apologists, unfortunately
They had the power to bring balance to the factions, but they chose the dark side



Maybe they'll nerf the Mk2, as it's coming out for Cbills, or maybe they won't, because Clam robot.
That Assassin though, it's being looked at. Can't have any Comp viable Spheroid robots, that's against the agenda.

Fix, modify or eliminate the current match maker.

In QP, maps are randomly generated.

Revise Spawn points and make those points randomly generated (so you could end up tight next to the enemy spawn point.)

Put in a freaking rear-view TV camera and cockpit screen.

Tie "Strikes" to TC's and scale them to the TC's value.

Majority of the screen cluttering hud elements transferred to monitors. With option to have it one way or the other or both to keep everyone happy. Away will go my HUD in favor of it all being on the monitors. The important stuff anyway.

The pilot doing....something. He's just so lifeless. Sometimes he won't even play with his joystick or even move the throttle. No reactions, no nothing in there. Just...like he's a puppet to make us think we're actually a person inside a robot instead of the robot itself.

At least this game has a pilot model, every other MW game had a completely empty cockpit.

I agree, but that makes it all the more jarring. At least in other games you could look at yourself in your little cockpit rig. Here i don't think I'd want to slap on a VR headset because I'd be so... lifeless.

Only three things for mwo I want:

1. pre-re-scale jenner. I only use mine once every red,black,or rainbow moon and even then I make it the sarah one just so one one posts they want to buy the sarah skin.

2. New freeking up-to-date-and-in-use-with-****-ton-documentation-and-support game engine. Seriously pgi knew about this since 2013 that there would come the need to overhaul mwo to keep it going or abandon it forever.

3. Customize-able Pilot avatar. Mentioned once years ago and forgotten. Many jokes were had on the clans' having anthro or furry avatars. Which I would pay out the bank for but whatever. bt and mw is only humans apparently.
