It's been a while that i played my knight and now, it feel like scrap metal... not able to do good results with it... i'm doing a lots better with other heavy and he was one of my favorite before.

It was nerfed in somewhere around May-June 2016 if I remember correctly.

It wasn't so much an outright nerf - It was the re-scale. The rescale that saw most IS Heavy get noticeably bigger and most Clan Heavy's were essentially untouched.
A Black Knight is now taller than an Atlas/Kodiak. You can see straight over them and, comparatively, you have to show so much more of your mech now due to the hardpoint locations.
But ye as Gas said they lost some of their quirks mid 2016. Wasn't much though, I still run them to very good effect, you just have to be aware you are a HUGE target now, gotta twist hard. You're probably better off 3LPL / 3-5ML now TBH. That extra face time of the 4LPL means it's probably hurting you a tad.
The BLK 7 still has the best range quirks in the game - 15%. So use that, 3LPL/4ML - Works very well.

Bit of an older post, but it is the most recent Black Knight post I could find in the forums.
I dusted mine off this week, as I haven't played them in probably 2 years.
All I can say is they are not what I remember. No matter how much twisting I do there is no way to spread damage in these. They might as well have a giant flashing light on the CT to go with the magnet they implanted to attract all incoming fire!

Yeah, we Light pilots feel for you man. The 35 tonners got hit hard by the Rescale, though for us it was in form of a mobility profile nerf alongside the Rescale.
