If i unlock some cool down nodes, will it improve my machine gun DPS. What skill you guyz use on mist lynx, ACH, MG build?

No. Cooldown skills do not affect MGs or RACs.

Cooldown quirks don't affect MGs, MG quirks affect MGs.

Wrong, you're leaping to conclusions here. It's not a cooldown quirk and it does affect Machine Guns - but it s not what you were originally asking about.
