Hi guys, just wondering do IS Targeting Computers affect the projectile speeds and Crit chances of Rotary Autocannons? Would be great to get some insight.
Also which is more worth it, A targeting computer Mk2 or Mk3?

It "should", but I've not done the hard science to say with certainty.
As for the TC2 and 3s, they generally aren't worth the tonnage or crit space. Slap in a TC1 if you had the spare tonnage, but I rarely have that much extra tonnage or space to shoehorn a TC2 in.
