Men Shen's tabletop stats would leave a bit to be desired; After all, that C config would fall behind the reinforcement paywall. Though 18 tons is about right AFAIK. It would be a great choice for one of the first IS Omnis in-game, functionally unique compared to pretty much every other IS medium; You know, due to having MASC and high speed.

16.5 tons with just 2 points removed on the head.

That said, the hardpoints allow it to boat a bunch of MedLas (up to 10 IIRC), so that's going to be its schtick.
