My money's on Davion or maybe Steiner or Clan Woof. I see them pretty much everywhere. I would think that Kurita and Liao are probably least popular factions.

In terms of total players, FedSun and Lyran, simply because of all the legacy accounts that are 'parked' there that no longer play.
In terms of active player base, probably Liao. As I recall, they have the best contract.

Used to be a dead heat between FRR and Steiner, and then when clcans first came alog I'd wager that the Jade Falcons were the most popular clan.
Nowadays it seems like Steiner and Wolf are leading the pack by far.

Where ever the big merc units go to, that's the most popular faction.
If we count inactives House Moneybags, Clan Davion, Clan Puppy Dog, Clan Flappy Bird, Clan Samurai as the top 5.

Word of Blake shadow divisions. It's there, you just can't see it.

But Piranha Games is a small studio, they're also very blatant about recruiting so we can in fact see them.

Not exactly 'popular' around these parts either.
