How many times does it need to be said that it has nothing to do with KDR?
It's about making the enemy earn that last kill. No one is under any obligation to report for execution.
Finally, there was a very good reason why people argued a long time ago -- and obviously to no avail -- that a TDM mode was a really really really really really really really really really really really bad idea. Very few listened. So eat what you (i.e. the player base) have sown.
Drop in another Mech.
Oh! Do you have a favorite Mech you absolutely cannot do without? Then go get a spare or two. I and others do.
as I said buy me more drop decks I have mechs just don't want to change my drop deck for some [Redacted] also some mechs are no good in faction it depends on map and mode what mech will work

Sorry, but your time is no more valuable than the other people's you clearly have no compunctions about wasting. If you want to shut down and hide in the middle of nowhere and do nothing of value, go play a single player game where your selfish decisions don't affect other people.
I can assure you that the modes included in the game are in no way my decision, let alone that I was ever asked about them, so don't act like you're somehow any less "at fault" for what is currently in the game.

Where does it say that a weaponless/equipmentless player must submit to execution?

Here are the following options that a disarmed player has:
A. Head for the nearest capture point objective and try to cap it.
B. If any teammates are still alive, act as a meatshield for them.
C. Try to ram a badly damaged enemy. This can in fact kill people. I've personally been killed by a friendly collision once. I've seen multiple light mechs get a leg destroyed by teammates bumping them. While doing this you might even be able to trick the red team into shooting their own ally.
