How To Apply An Emblem ?

I've seen mechs with faction emblems on them but i cant figure out how to add them. Do you know how to do ?

Go to mech lab with chosen mech
Go to the painting section
Select decals
find decal you own (or would like to buy with MC)
apply said decal to your mech
Save

Go and shoot sh!t.
