I think we've all been there when playing a challenging match. Slowly both your allies and your enemies die off one by one in an exciting battle. You probably shouldn't have poked that corner at that moment you did or maybe you simply ran out of luck, but in the end you get killed as well cursing your fate. Eventually the second to last mechs on both sides are blown up and thrilled you switch to the cockpit of your remaining champion to cheer that pilot on for the deciding duel - but what is that? You're cringing inside. Did you see that right? Oh yes, you did...

Loving all the memes, but I came to this thread looking for some opinions on the best sale mech to buy. Thoughts?

Sleipnir if you do not have one. IV-4 is also great MRM boat.

PGI can you PLEASE modernize the in-game store, finding the on-sale mechs is horrible (the in-game store needs some work) and I'm not gonna look at them until you make it easier for me to give you my money.

I just bought the Scorch and loving it with 2xLBX20 and 4xSRM6s, its a beast. Other recommendations I had was the MAD-BH2 (Heavy Gauss + Lasers), Catapult Jester (Laser Vomit), or Sleipnir (Best IS Dual Heavy Gauss Carrier). Some recommended the WHM-BW but some others say its outdated. If you're looking for Light instead, check out the Grinner.

If you don't own a K9, it is a REALLY fun lil mech and the lightbar (press "L") makes it all the more worth it! And it's fairly cheap.

Pirates Bane is fun as well.

Ember w/ 4 Flamers + 4 HMG is brutal in wolfpacks...
