Javelin. Srm2 buff was great, thing is a ton of fun even if it handles like a bit of a brick

2xuac10 bushie. XL engine. Dangerous and fun.

Dual.ac20 thanatos. Holy crap is this thing fun. It's wide and can die fast but I never got on the boomhammer/boomjaeger bandwagon. Dual ac20s is great

I can attest that dual UAC10 Bushie is great.

I've been enjoying Supernovas for a long time.. both LRM and Laservomit builds..

Also, I was pleasantly surprised with LRM Awesome, LRM Highlander and Highlander IIC,

I've been running a UAC20 + 5 MPL AS7-KR, a AC20 + 2 SLas ASN-26, and an ATM24 + 3 HML + LTag MDD-H.

The Assassin is a ton of fun, especially, but I am not a very good medium pilot.

I’m leveling a Kodiak 2, the loyalty Kit Fox, and the Myst Linx hero.
There is no fun to be had (ok, the mist lynx has its moments I admit).

Thankfully I am also leveling the Bandit and it can be a lot of fun (if that thing had JJs I’d probably end up being a favorite).

A free mech: The Sun Spider.

I've finished mastering this mech and settled on 1 ERLL and 4 LRM-10's (with AMS). It seems that the layout for LRM's really works for fire-support pilots that sit "just behind" or "next to" the FLOT Assaults in contact with the Decepticons. You can actually not hit you team mates, share armor and simply fire a nearly continuous stream of LRM's supporting those assaults by softening up the "next" target for the firing line..... And, even killing the severely damaged as they retreat.... Really seemed to work....

2HGR ANH-1X: It just deletes components if you get guns on target and being in the thick of things is always fun.

WHM-6R: Two builds I like, 2 Gauss 4 ERML for the midrange skirmish. Great heat efficiency and a very versatile range profile which allows you to play to the enemies' weaknesses and the maps' nature at almost all times and the 50 damage alpha is pretty dangerous in ERML range thanks to the short burn. The other build is 2 UAC10 5 ERSL. More of a brawler than the previous build, but 500+meters of range on the UACs means you're not helpless at midrange, either.

Quad ERPPC WHK-Prime, probably the only fire support Mech I've actually enjoyed so far. PPC sniping just feels satisfying once you get the hang of it.

6AC2 ANH-2A: Turned on to this build in Solaris. I had been running this mech with 6x AC5, but it had some ammo issues, and beyond 500 meters it was hard to hit things. Taking the AC2's lets me bring a TCOMP VIII, along with 11 tons of ammo, fixing the ammo issues and making it very easy to hit things up to 1KM away. Does a -lot- of damage at any range.

2x HPPC, 5 ML Grasshopper: An IS jump sniper?!?! Does surprisingly high amounts of damage if you play it right. The ML's are there as a backup just in case you have an opportunity to burn something at close range, but shouldn't be used often, you need the heat for the HPPC's.

9x MPL Black Knight: This one is a lot of fun in close quarters cold maps, like HPG or Frozen City (depending how you play it there anyway). Only use it in FP, because it's obviously very limited in use.

Pulled out the main Cptl-C1F last night. She broke a lot of my personal best records such as survival time, match score, damage score and tank-ing ability having the ears shot off, yellow armor-less legs and red sts and ct proving she can still dish it out and tank better than an Atlas. My Ember also was out for vengeance after not being used for so long and decided he'd compete with my c1 trying to mirror it in performance. He succeed despite being gives sacks of potatoes to drag around.

Finally found an Orion Protector build I'm happy with. HGauss with 31 rounds of ammo, LPL and ERMLas for backups. Soaks up damage and deals it out equally well. Good toe to toe mech. Also been enjoying my Adder and Cougars, being a pocket medium is pretty fun.

I've actually been playing around with trial mechs to see what I can do with them, lol. Some are... not my style... but some I do alright in. I don't usually play Heavies or Assaults though and I've been forcing myself to dabble in that area. It's not unpleasant, though the QP breakdown was something like 60% Heavies yesterday, lol

My favorite play is mediums, so i spend a lot of time in Phoenix Hawks, Griffins, Centurions and Bushwackers. Learning to love the Wolverine, too, but wish we had a couple of newer chassis options. On the clan side, I want to like the Stormcrow, but the Huntsman is just so much better. Huntsman E is a lot of fun, and i've been asking PGI to give us the H model for 2018 loyalty reward...

If i do stray away from mediums, it's usually to play around with favorite lore builds in heavies, like the Timber Wolf A, Thunderbolt -10M, etc.

I still can't quite enjoy the slow and stomping assault game, and lights are too erratic for me, with too much responsibility.

Went back to the Osiris, had decent luck with the 3 I have, especially the one with a RL20 in the arm Posted Image

Tweaked my Kit Fox into a 3 MPL, 4 MG, 3 AMS, ECM, JJ build - fun and rather effective, so far.
