So since the last patch my games have been quite unstable. First off performance issues that wasn't there before the patch. Second, mad rubber-banding. Third, moving and shooting through geometry.

The last one is rare for me, but moveing through other mechs happen every so often.

Rubber-banding doesen't happen every match, but is still quite frequent. It really messes up the matches where it does happen. You can't hit a mech that is 400 metres to the side (server-side) of where you see it.

The performance issues are constant.

May I suggest rolling back the patch once the event is done? I can wait for my Piranha to become available later. I'd rather play reliable(edited for clarity) matches without it.

My matches are running fine. Run the repair tool first, just in case.

Could be you are affected by the security patches that were Performance Killers for some configs.
God knows how the Game Servers are affected by it...
Neither the Software Patches from Microsoft nor the Intel Patches run stable yet...if they run at all...
A Bios Update could have changed some Settings..
Windows could have installed some Drivers wihtout your kowledge...
And run the Repair Tool...

Are you using the portal or Steam? If you're using the portal to patch. Run repair on it.

I'm using Steam.

There have been plenty of ppl complaining about the performance and glitching issues in game-chat.'

Also, the issues started with the patch-rollout, not with intel-related security-patches.

First, you need to understand the difference between unstable, performance issues and connectivity. Unstable, game shuts down to errors, system locks up/reboots, etc. Performance issues - game/system related issues, massive drops in FPS, game "stuttering" but not necessarily rubber banding unless your network card is going back but then it it would be causing network connectivity.

Again, most of what you have mentioned is partially network connectivity. Your system does not connect directly to the servers. Unless you are in the same city as the servers your connection goes through several different systems, sometimes with several hops each. It is like travelling across country, you do not enter a transporter in NYC then the next second you are in LA.

Send a support ticket to PGI. If you want assistance here we also need information. Your system specs, how are you connected, from computer to router to modem to ISP. General location, Miami, London, etc. Brand/model of router/modem/gateway. Also have you selected only one server, ie NA or all servers then noting if the issue(s) occur when dropping on a specific server or not.

If you want assistance, you will need to provide us with details instead of a post with very anemic information. This is not an Xbox, PS2, etc. Tons of different setups, never mind Microsoft's OS. It works but it does not work well all the time, and they are setup to do everything for the general population who generally does not want to know the ins/outs, they just want to be able to press a button and get things done.

And yes, there has been some complaints, others looking for assistance but if the major malfunction was on PGI side these forums would be flooded.

Generally speaking, most patches 'break' something for some people. Repairing/reinstalling can often times resolve the issue.

The only thing i have ever had issues with was the direct launcher(the one NOT in steam) so..i cant help. should probably run repair tool or do a fresh install.

While I haven't experienced as many disconnects, I have noticed the occasional rubber-banding and FPS drops. Not terrible though, so I could definitely be on my end.
