I highly doubt it given that Clan Omnis are superior given they need two Side Torso hits before going down. I know you would be outraged though. Given the XL Engines of the IS Omnis, everyone knows that one hit of either side torso would kill them.
As for the Templar, I could see it act as a sneaky BattleMaster with its ECM and the Sunder could be a powerhouse in its own right if the Samual was released as Hero variant.
