So in the name of fun not necessarily competition. I would like to build an inner sphere police force drop deck I already have the urban Mech and the enforcer what would be some other suggestions as a police force in the heavy and assault categories?

Not sure what constitutes a 'police force mech', but if you're using an Urbie and an Enforcer that means you've got 185 tons left to play with (Inner Sphere drop deck is 265 tons).
Maybe a pair of Cyclops or a Battlemaster and a 100 ton mech.

Thank you for the mech advise. I will certainly look them up...Are there any other suggestions for IS mechs to use as a police force?

You are going to be hard pressed to find heavy and assault "police" mechs from lore. They normally went with inexpensive mechs that could put up a reasonable fight if needed. Typically, this fell into the medium mechs, with the occasional light mech.
The mechs I know of are the Urbanmech, Enforcer, Vindicator and maybe the Centurion and Wolfhound. If we had them, the Watchman probably would fit into that category as well, as they were typically given as replacement mechs so better mechs could be moved to the Clan frontlines...

45 ton "Saint Ives" mech is a technically based on a police mech.
In the Battletech cartoon, a Centurion was used as a police mech. Second episode.
....it also had jumpjets.
But would use the maximum tonnage after you put in the Saint Ives Vindicator.

There are indeed security/ pacification mechs in the Battletech Universe. But non implemented in MWO
The only two ingame mechs that I know of that feature explicit lore based refit kits for security dutys are Raven and Locust.
The Locust keeps its arm mounted MGs and replaces the CT mounted Laser with a fluidsprayer and storage tanks.
The raven keeps its two MGs loaded with rubber rounds and loads tear gas warheads in its SRM launcher and Frag Warheads in its NARC Launcher.
Most actual security mechs in BT are adapted/militarized industrial mechs or non military grade ultralight (below 20t) Battlemechs out of local factories.
