and im not sure reactive armor should counter missiles. missiles are bad enough as is. we dont need less reasons to use them.

Ferro-Lamellor armour is a F-U to Cluster ammo and AP special ammo...

I mean it lets you ignore cluster ammo and negates the AP effect of AP ammo after all.

Later on, you also get Ballistic-Reinforced, but that's Jihad+ era tech. But we should be getting defensive tech in now, and enjoy the broader equip options as the timeline progresses.

MWO doesnt have to round to whole numbers though. it can use fractions.

so its doubtful it would ignore cluster ammo, just reduce the pellet damage from 1 to .8
