So the Eagles won. I'm no football lover, so I'm not that impressed with the superbowl win. But what bothers me is the fact that many fans went out and destroyed parts of a city, because they won. I would hate to see it if they lost. That is really not good conduct, sorry, but it's not. You don't see a gamer going nuts because he beat Donkey Kong.

Interestingly, while on this side of the great pond people prefer soccer, they tend to behave similar after sports matches.
It would be nice if people who damage public property would be sentenced to an amount of hours of social work.
And especially nice if they then had to repair the damage they themselves caused as part of that.
Angry german kid, anyone?

There were surprisingly few incidents given the number of drunks on the street that night. I'm actually pleasantly surprised that the city isn't still burning.

A football game win or lose is not a reason to riot or damage property. I do not understand humanity sometimes.

Same thing, would've rioted. The only reason that Philly fans aren't the worst in the United States is because Oakland Raider fans exist and because Penn State fans exist, and I say this as somebody living just over the river of them. Raiders fans straight up murder somebody every season opener and Penn State, well, what's worse than rioting because your team won a game? Rioting because your team's coach was fired because he participated in a conspiracy to cover up the **** of hundreds of children, that's what.
