Narc will not only disable the ECM on the Mech, but give you a shorter lock time on it as well. Just make sure you hit the Mech that is carrying the ECM. BAP is as good as mandatory for streak boats, and as others have said, having Artemis decreases lock time too. I'm pretty sure NARC and Artemis buffs don't stack, but I could be wrong there

You can lose the Targeting Computer too, the targeting time thing is just the time it takes to get the damage readout after targeting the Mech and doesn't help with missile locks

Thanks, yeh I've swapped Tcomp and 1 JJ for BAP. Narc will be too heavy for this build unfortunately.

Rules wise. Streak can TOGGLE to standard mode when under ECM. But PGI.

So I gotta question: How about instead of a tag, you use a light PPC? They can fry electronics, right?

As long as you're not inside it's minimum range, anyway.
