Normally, the node cap is 91 nodes. On videos, I see this golden symbol on the skill tree cap area. What does this mean?

Means 91/91 skill nodes active. Previously this was the "master badge" for the old skill system. Just tells you that you have reached the maximum. It also adds that golden symbol to your mechbay when browsing through your mechs to better see that this mech has 91/91 skill nodes active (also says 91/91, but golden badge on top of that is fancy)
