Hello, been away a LONG time. I cannot for the life of me remember how to set up a chainfire weapon group. I remember it involves the backspace key...... can anyone nudge my memory a bit and tell me how to get it set up?

Just press backspace on the weapon group in question.

Any weapons in that group are now chain

Use the arrow keys to move around the weapon groups, left/ right, up/ down. Pressing R CTRL will highlight that weapon, pressing backspace while the column is highlighted will put the weapons in that column in chain fire mode.

Keep in mind that pressing r-ctrl will not only highlight, but assign that weapon to the selected fire group. So just move the highlighted bar left or right over the weapon group (1-6) you want to chainfire and press backspace.

You can also set up the weapon groups in the Mechlab but you have to set backspace to chain-fired during a match to toggle that mode for that column. Then it stays that way until you change it.
