The guy has a killer Duncan Fisher impersonation. I think you'd get a lot of positive feedback if any announcer clips for Solaris matches came from him

Duncan isn't cannon, so you could either give him a different name or leave the identity a quasi-mystery like the Clan and IS voice clips
