Hey Folks!
Looking at the images of the what I assume is the latest development of the Fafnir, I cant get past how the Heavy Gauss are modeled. As such a large weapon, I would hope PGI doubles the length of the current bore/rifle as it's WAYYYYYYYYY too short to me.

Other than that, looks good.

Thoughts?

The length of the HGR isn't the problem, it's the girth. Having a long skinny pool noodle of a weapon looks silly for something of that size. It should be thicker, not just plain longer.

I hope AC/20 barrels will at least stick out. Aesthetically it'd be better.

I don't think the latest rendering has any weapons loaded, just empty ST sockets with misleading triangular geometry.

It is utterly stupid. PGI is putting barrels inside barrels, and it is ridiculous.

I like how it is shown (no weapon barrels sticking out) because those twin giant bores are supposed to be the Heavy Gauss Rifles themselves.

Obviously it can't be that way in MWO so fake barrels will do. A barrel protruding out from a barrel will look stupid.

No no no, guys.. guys! It's obviously a gun that shoots heavy Gauss rifles. Like, the whole rifle. not just the bullet from the Gauss.

C'mon guys. It's only a cosmetic; like the gods gift too women PPC on top of the Marauder. It's still just a PPC and this is still just a gauss gun.. It's supposed to look cool, nothing more..
