That won't change and if you don't understand why...
Anyway it's no different to GroupQ either if you play with 4-6 decent pilots, just stomp after stomp.

trying to save faction play is a waste of time.
the best they can do is triage to try and make it more bearable for the pugs getting farmed
an easy thing they can do is make contract bonuses payout even on a loss.

One thing they can do to revamp the system is making it where similar skill warriors fight against other similar skill warriors....or premades vs premades! This seal clubbing is making the game very unpopular. This morning was a **** show
Not sure there will be enough players left to do this however....

Didn't read the warning looks like.
Clearly does not know how CW queues work.

I read this whole thread through. Ive been playing MWO on and off since its inception, but I never post to forums because much of what I wish to say is commonly said for me. and since we apparently have to qualify ourselves in order to have opinions, I have played FP since it was introduced. I have three things to say to everything said:
1. To those proposing massive changes:
It's great you're taking initiative and time to make suggestions to the community and to PGI, but honestly, much of what you're coming up with is so far out of reach. PGI isn't EA games, thank god, and so their ability to forge content is limited. Don't lose your lofty ideas, but remember we're building with legos, not steel.
2.to those unabashedly attacking people:
Get a grip. This game already suffers enough under elitists and loudly voiced naysayers. No one needs to violently oppose ANY change. Seeing the horribly decrepit state of MWO as a whole, not just FW, change is needed.
3. To everyone:
Mechwarrior Online is a business. They've not just content and player engagement to balance, but a company and finances. Someone has to pay for the servers. Let's look at a trend - League of Legends. It was heavy in "immersion" and "depth" and was failing, until they dropped all pretense of lore and went fully into this competitive form they have. MWO is Ever more niche. With the Solaris Arena, they are taking that step to be closer to currently successful models. Most likely, we will see a departure from more and more "immersivr" elements simply to keep the lights on long before we see revamps of modes already in play.
Let's face it. MWO isn't the game we were promised.
