I purchased a mech pack and it cleared in my account but the mechs are not in my hangar and it does not say i have that pack help plz

A already released Mech? Some Mechs are not now ingame and will arive in some months , check the fAQ´s from the Pack

already released Mechs will be injected after few hours
Account injections takes some time, normally 1-2 hours. purchased 2 days ago a pack and after 2 hours it was injected. If it takes longer then 1 day contact the suport

It was the warhammer pack and the hero add on

However i still haven't gotten my mechs

I didn't know they changed the how purchasing mechs worked. I havent bough mechs in about a year or more so i didn't know they sent you a redeem code when you purchased a mech instead of just injecting it into your account like they used to do. To make matters worse i just found that out until AFTER i sent them an email saying i didnt get my mechs injected RIP me.
