If that's the medium that PGI chooses to communicate with their players, then that's just another example of what's wrong with the company. Facebook isn't much better, but at least you can post more than 140 characters and speak in complete sentences there. No professional or company should choose Twitter as their main source of connecting to their audience.
I've always felt that twitter was for twits, and everything that I've seen from people that use it extensively adds credence to that thought.
