Is there a reason it lists C-Bills 2 different ways?

It seems that the bottom listing (C-Bills in front) is for your most recently opened loot bag while the top method (C-Bills at the end) is for older bags.

Nope it is listed like that all through my list. I just picked those 2 because they were the same amount right next to eachother.

It says the cbills:xxxxx cbills until it gets injected into your account
