*sits down to grind some faction play for loot bags*

Now to figure out what convoluted set of conditions I need to currently meet in order to be able to play. Is it even possible for me to earn the loot bags anymore?

I'm tired and my brain doesn't work so well these days. can someone please take pity and give me a set of bulletpoints explaining what it is I'm supposed to be doing here to earn the rest of my loot bags?

Finished it in 3 hours. I don't mind, I had fun doing them. That is the most important part.

If the fix were implemented these would be active players making the new 'pops,' not inactive ones, so that would solve the problem. The goal is not parity between the factions (which is what we have now with no contract bonus), but to not let inactive players dictate where the contract bonuses go.

two and a half workdays, no reply from pgi to this issue disgruntling a lot of their players. Standard PGI practice, lose customers through no communication.

Very bad event structure.

But a typical PGI play, workaround here, idea there, endresult complete ****.

Think about what you are doing, everything over here is so PGIish! Complicated, not good looking and feeling, not well organized.

For example, why you cannot view ALL postings here on one side?

How many subpages on the front do you need, without any real content?

Why not put the event page and lootbag lotpage on one page?

everything crippled.

PGI kinda first company as a NO GO for future products to buy......I first had to check who will bring out MW5......and surely wont buy.

They have the wrong attitude for these games. Maybe good intentions, overall results messed up, complicated, not good feeling, not good looking, logic failures and so on.

So I noticed that once the Clan vs Clan event started, there's apparently no IS vs Clan (I suppose that would be obvious). However, I'm still not done with my IS vs Clan Lucky Charms and it looks like that ends at the same time as the Clan vs Clan. I want my second warhorn dangit. And I can't switch over just to continue it as Clan since I'm loyalist (that and I don't want to pay over 9 mil to get back into my unit)

PGI, please extend the IS vs Clan portion of the event, even if it's at least by a day. I have maybe 10 more to go. At least I suppose I could hop onto my alt Clan account in the mean time..

I think PGI could have been more clear for this event that during the IS and CLAN phases that ONLY those houses would be allowed to play faction mode. I am okay being left out of the specific rewards for being a loyalist, but as others indicated I expected I would be able to still play to get my loot bags. During home world invasions I still participated event though I was not part of those houses.

Does it say "only available for 3 of the 7 days unless you change factions because we will be turning normal i.s vs clan faction play queues off"

I got to 94/100 loot bags.
All I ask is you extend the event over the next weekend even it it overlaps a April fools / easter event.

So no more grab in the loot bags for REAL loyalists who wants to stay what they are and always was: Loyal to theire house.. Many people have now 4 days free over easter in Europe and cant play the FP event because they are real Loyalists.
That sucks hard Pgi

I like how they dumbed down the requirements a day into the IS vs IS... I had already done the 20 for the steiner rewards in 1 1.2 hours of scouting matches, and was at 13/20 on the davion when I discovered they'd dropped the loyalist goal target to 10 kills or kmdds.

Another event and more free stuff to win, always nice, thanks for that but I just can't wait for you devs to finally do something about this so called end game that our Faction Play is supposed to be. I'm rather bored with endless and meaningless quick play matches and FP is just as meaningless.
I know devs will look again into Faction Play after release of Solaris, I really hope this "after" will be very soon but I'm not so sure tho.

Quite disappointed with lack of Faction Play related updates, we had this FP oriented roundtable long time ago, then silence. Soon we will get Solaris, personally I don't care at all about Solaris and I am kinda annoyed that you guys want to introduce it while Faction Play is still bland, flavourless and meh really,
I heard something about faction specyfic mechs during this "Production update with Russ Bullock" quite a while ago hoping it will be exactly that, that we will see some mechs available in FP only to players from specific factions, ofc it was not it but that would add a little bit of flavour to some factions at least (like for example Kuritans could have some cool samurai mechs or at least make some samurai mech skins/models for existing mechs? I guess that would require a lot of work, to make new samurai like models of all existing IS mechs, then probably also redo camos for those new samurai models).

I just would like factions to be a bit different, I'd like to see differences between clans, differences between houses, factions need to have something unique about them, there was something said about this during that faction play related roundtable from ages ago, smth about faction specific skills or traits? I would like to hear more about plans for FP and I would like to see some good updates and changes for it way before Solaris.
I'd like Faction Play aka Faction Warfare aka Community Warfare to have some consequences, economy, planet management of some sort, something like buying and adding to the planets/maps we will play on some turrets, walls fortifications, buildings spawning little one shot? npc vehicles supporting us in battle to give us this nice combined arms feel, we have plenty of ideas on the forums.

Anyway, I'm House Kurita loyalist or at least I was since Community Warfare was released till this event, had to switch to get all my loot bags, soon I will be back with Kurita, not like it matters. Anyway I completely don't care about my faction, nothing in MWO makes me care about my faction, It doesn't matter to me if my faction is losing or winning, there are no real (small nor grand) consequences of losing/winning planets/battles/wars. Only IS map changes but nobody cares, it doesn't matter. We don't have planets of greater importance, all planets we have in FP are equally unimportant.

Btw. sometimes while playing FP solo, with randoms as team, I wish we had "surrender" button in game, because from time to time of course I was getting a match vs organized premade. It is not very fun to play thru whole FP match while team of randoms is getting terribly beaten by organized premade, when team of randoms is afraid to push thru gates and choke points on Siege maps, I noticed some ppl disconnecting after first wave, who knows if on purpose or not (btw. REJOIN MATCH button should be placed somewhere else to be more visable).
