Wouldn't it be sweet if the Solaris 7 Firestarter (Firestorm) had 4 missile hard points in the torsos instead of being a re-skinned Ember ?

People would claim pay to win... Only Firestarter with missiles is a hero!

I'd be more incline to buy it, at least it'd be unique.

Well get my intrest op still thinking dropping some cash for some mechs I haven't played before plus I love each one camo.

the one thing PGI cannot afford is "unique" or anything that can be identified as OP in Solaris.... It would be nice but.......alas, a bad business move at this point where literally thousands are hedging on Solaris...

Let me refer you to the Oxide .. the only IS Jenner with 4 missile hard points.

The mechs in the Solaris 7 pack are available to be used in QP and Faction play as well though.

The much better question is: Why would PGI sell a flamer-equipped Solaris 7 Hero, and then ban flamers in the Solaris 7 game mode?

Perception. OH GOD not an OP hero ! That's P2W and the sky is falling, yet again and the forums will light up....

The flamer inconsistency is just another speed bump to Solaris. The next, will be "balance" in mech classes. God knows what an ELO derived MM will do within mech classes and that will spawn even more questions as "named players" end up playing noobs somehow. Enen though, the answer is perfectly logical from a data stand point ....

Badly. I need more mechs I can scream "REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" while firing all weapons. My poor quad AC/2 ROFLman and Piranha 1 aren't enough.
