EDIT: Redacting my original comments below even tho already at 100/100 loot bags simply because PGI did something instead of ignoring us, yes its not perfect but it is something at least.

FRUSTRATION is why I gave up on this "FW Event" Monday night because FW menu broken.
There was no indication of any clumsy "work around" on forum that night.
Phase 2 FW event was to run from March 23rd to 30th but that was a half-truth.
Hence why Loyalists only had 2 or 3 days to get enough lootbags.
But that's when I saw the dates for stiener/davion...
Broke contract to switch to stiener thinking that'd fix the interface, it did not.
In sheer frustration with PGI I did not log on the last night, and I'm normally on daily.
I expect PGI to do one of the following:
1. After PGI fixes interface, extend FW event (irregardless of "April fool's event" dates).
2. Credit everyone who logged in during event as completing FW part for both loyalty warhorns.
3. Credit everyone who started "phase 2" as fully complete, warhorns and 100 loot bags.
Possible qualifying criteria:
- Player had already obtained some (or most) FW event lootbags.
- Player simply logged into mwo (or clicked on faction play in game) during the event.
Do not choose player changed faction/unit during the event its a bad option for loyalists.
PGI wants loyalist to switch while leaving first 10 loyality matches for free penalty.
Full Disclosure:
- Mercenary with 89/100 lootbags before Monday night's broken FW interface frustration.
- I've no doubts I'll get the last 11 lootbags tonight.
- At least warhorn is impossible now because of broken interface.
I'm a daily player for years (formerly 2013-2016 ign: Akillius)
I don't use forums because PGI doesn't, and trolling same few fanboiz gets boring fast.
Like many others here I too also buy mech packs to support PGI.
We the players (your customers) just want to log on and play MWO without a bunch of friggin' hassle like this became!
