The only part I haven't completed yet seemed the easiest on paper...but...

I swear that when there are NOT events going on that require they be shot down, the Red team launches UAVs like they each showed up to the battlefield with 30 of them, and have a cash incentive to use them all, and meanwhile the Blue team acts like they don't even know there is a direction called "up" and that it exists above you, and that they have been told they need to hoard their UAVs to trade them for food after the drop.

So far, the opposite status has been in effect.

Moral of the story...

Let the UAVs of Freedom Fly! Please! I beg you!
