What the heck is your problem OP?

You can't expect an MMO type game of the quality of MWO to have systems in place to encourage teaming up, talking and interacting with others. That would kill the game.

Best you can do is collect Teamspeak and Discord servers and find a place you like with people who you want to play with. There are a lot of groups that welcome new or returning players, with a lot of cool folks.

Geeze, there should be a team directory with rating anyway..... Like a Karma rating for teams. So that, we don't waste time finding yet another team to join that will quit.....or retire.....or semi-play...

Come on, let's see who you recommend ! My granddaughter says "talk is cheap......" Post who you believe are the "good guy teams."

Anyone else, Let's give this a go ! I'd give you ours but we've mostly retired from MWO and visit.
