One game I killed someone standing around, his mech powered down. Didn't take any fire from him (obviously) or others, didn't get that hit and run. Other games I got it, although there was return fire.
Using LRMs didn't help with that, either. I gave it a try, since you're not getting fired at for some time until they see you, but that didn't count.
@Matt: Thats what I meant with "Please test these in QP solo queue before using the new criteria for an event" (in the patch notes thread). It worked this time, yes, but imagine a weeks event where that number isn't 10, but 25 or 50?

Okay, a bit more seriously... is there no mech announcement for April? I was kinda hoping for the Urbanmech IIC as well, but I'm surprised we haven't heard about anything new yet, especially now that the event is over.
